George Chiligiris brings a sharp strategic lens and a deep commitment to integrity in his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Outcomes Matter Innovations (OMI). Since joining the organization in 2018, George has been instrumental in shaping OMI’s regulatory posture, driving enterprise risk initiatives, and fostering operational excellence across its diverse business lines.

With a career spanning more than 15 years in healthcare leadership, George has built a reputation for navigating complex regulatory landscapes and forging high-impact partnerships.

His extensive experience includes leadership positions at prominent healthcare organizations such as Humana, MYnd Analytics, and Meridian Health Plan, where he consistently focused on innovation, compliance, and scalable growth strategies.

At OMI, George leads with a cross-functional mindset, expertly aligning compliance strategy with client satisfaction and long-term business sustainability. He oversees day-to-day activities of Technology and Services while assisting in the development of new markets, ensuring that all operations maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Iowa, where he also earned a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management with a concentration in Business Economics.
