Paul McDade serves as Chief Financial Officer, providing comprehensive oversight of all financial and tax reporting for the Company. With 39 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, he brings exceptional depth of expertise gained from senior financial positions across diverse sectors including investment banking, capital markets, hedge funds, and private equity firms. 

Throughout his distinguished career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.

His extensive background in complex financial environments enables him to provide strategic financial leadership that supports OMI’s growth objectives while maintaining fiscal responsibility and transparency.

Paul’s comprehensive understanding of both traditional and alternative investment structures, combined with his deep knowledge of healthcare finance, positions him uniquely to guide OMI’s financial strategy in an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
