A seasoned healthcare executive with two decades of managed care expertise, Ben leverages his comprehensive industry knowledge to deliver strategic value at OMI. His distinguished executive portfolio spans major national health plans, including leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer at Molina Healthcare of Illinois and Aetna Better Health of Kentucky, Corporate Market Leader at Humana, and Vice President of New Market Development at Meridian Health Plan.

Ben’s versatility shines through his proven ability to both enhance established managed care operations and successfully launch health plans from inception.

His operational expertise encompasses the full spectrum of managed care functions, including Value Based Care Reimbursement Strategy, Provider Relations and Engagement, Network Operations, Contract Management, Member Services, Program Management, Informatics & Analytics, and Community Outreach.

In his current role at OMI, Ben oversees strategic business development initiatives and assists in identifying and developing new market opportunities. His leadership ensures that OMI’s business operations align with industry best practices while driving sustainable growth.

Armed with an MBA from Kennesaw State University’s Michael J. Coles College of Business, Ben operates from his base in northern Florida, where he continues to transform healthcare delivery through strategic vision and execution excellence.
