President, Chief Operating Officer – Management Services

Brenda Hurtubise leads OMI’s Management Services division, bringing over 15 years of progressive healthcare management experience to her role as President and Chief Operating Officer. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of healthcare operations, with particular strength in oncology services, practice management, and operational optimization.

Prior to joining OMI, Brenda served as Vice President of Regional Cancer Care Associates, Hackensack Division at the prestigious John Theurer Cancer Center from 2007 to 2017. In this role, she successfully managed complex multi-site operations, oversaw clinical and administrative teams, and implemented strategic initiatives that enhanced patient care delivery while improving operational efficiency.

Brenda’s leadership philosophy centers on creating patient-centered care models while ensuring operational excellence and financial sustainability. She has extensive experience in revenue cycle management, regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development. Her ability to navigate the complexities of specialty healthcare delivery while maintaining focus on patient outcomes makes her an invaluable leader in OMI’s Management Services division.
